Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee strategic pricing initiatives, analyze market trends, and provide insights to optimize financial outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting data-driven decision-making and enhancing the firm’s competitive edge.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the evaluation and use of competitive intelligence platforms and legal pricing resources to ensure access to accurate market rate data.
• Provide critical support for firmwide rate-setting processes by analyzing both internal and external data to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
• Supervise and mentor Pricing Analysts, setting project priorities, enhancing processes, and delivering impactful data visualizations and reports.
• Design, implement, and assess alternative fee arrangements, including flat fees, capped fees, and value-based pricing, using statistical models to project outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to respond to client pricing requests, offering data-driven solutions that align with client needs and firm objectives.
• Develop and refine tools, templates, and processes to improve efficiency in pricing operations across the organization.
• Create and maintain documentation and presentations on pricing strategies, best practices, and available resources.
• Analyze both internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations for strategic pricing improvements.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with firm goals.
• Stay informed about legal pricing trends and industry benchmarks to continuously enhance the firm’s pricing strategies.• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal or detail-oriented services pricing or analytics.
• Strong skills in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adaptive Insights or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of market trends and competitive pricing strategies.
• Ability to adapt to evolving industry standards and implement innovative pricing solutions.
