BridgeVoice Interpreters is seeking a Certified ASL Interpreter (or highly experienced) for an in-person assignment supporting a Student Jury Presentation in Washington, DC.
This is a high-impact environment with Deaf professionals and community members in attendance. Accuracy, professionalism, and presence are essential.
Assignment Details:
Date: Wednesday, April 29
⏰ Time: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: Washington, DC
Setting: Student Jury Presentation
Compensation:
$60–$85/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and complete ASL interpretation
- Maintain professionalism in a formal presentation setting
- Ensure clarity between all parties involved
- Arrive prepared and on time
Requirements:
- Active ASL certification (RID or equivalent preferred)
- Experience in professional or academic settings preferred
- Ability to interpret in real-time, high-visibility environments
- Must be based in the U.S. and able to commute to location
