-Greet clients and patients as they arrive for appointments
-Proficiency using practice management software (Avimark) for client check in/checkout and scheduling appointments
-Loading clients and patients into exam rooms for their examination
-Verify that clients and patients are receiving correct services
-Processing payments
-Answer phone calls for scheduling appointments, questions, medication refills, and any other client concerns
-Client education (understanding of procedures offered at the practice, vaccinations, and veterinary terminology)
-Help maintain hospital cleanliness
-Multitasking clients/patients in the practice and over the phone calmly and efficiently
-Manage a multi-line phone system
-Basic handling/restraint of dogs and cats to assist the doctor and technicians with appointments when needed
