What You’ll Do
As an Overnight Personal Care Assistant, your role will involve providing compassionate, hands-on care to our residents during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administer Medications per electronic health record in accordance to policies and best practices.
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitoring residents’ well-being and promptly addressing any needs or concerns.
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Communicating effectively with team members and reporting any changes in residents’ conditions.
