Job DescriptionWarehouse Worker
Our team, a leading manufacturer of compression systems for the oil and gas industry, is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team in Henderson, CO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys contributing to every aspect of warehouse operations.
Location: Henderson, CO
Pay: $22–$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Handle shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming materials
- Complete order picking, staging, and preparation for outbound shipments
- Operate sit‑down forklifts (electric, propane, or diesel) safely and efficiently
- Track inventory using Epicor ERP and maintain item locations through our internal MTR tracking system
- Support all warehouse functions—this is a fully cross‑functional role, not limited to a single department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, and inventory
- ERP system experience (Epicor preferred)
- Proven sit‑down forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
