A growing private practice in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a startup environment that's been operating for about a year, with a strong foundation in place and plenty of room to grow.
The ideal candidate is a practice builder—someone ready to take ownership of patient relationships and help drive the continued success of this modern, multi-op facility. Implant placement experience is a plus but not required.
Position Overview
– Location: Columbia, SC
– Schedule: 4-day workweek
– General dentistry with optional implant placement
– 8 operatories, 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants
– Patient base: Mainly cash and private insurance (no Medicaid)
– Daily volume: 12–15 patients + hygiene checks
– Designed for a provider ready to grow with the practice
Compensation & Benefits
– Daily minimum to start, then transitions to 30–32% of adjusted production
