Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to manage the operation of a front end loader. The role involves loading gravel, sand, dirt, and rock into semi-trailers, as well as loading products into a concrete mixer plant. Basic maintenance tasks and occasional shoveling of products are also part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Operate a front end loader efficiently and safely.
- Load gravel, sand, dirt, and rock into semi-trailers.
- Load products into a concrete mixer plant.
- Perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Shovel product and lift up to 80 lbs when required.
Essential Skills
- 6 months or more of experience operating a front end loader.
- Proficiency with heavy equipment operations, including loading, excavator, and dozer.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- General labor experience.

Work Environment
The role is outdoors for the entire day in the loader. The dress code includes jeans, a T-shirt, and steel-toed boots. Safety equipment such as a hard hat, safety glasses, and a visibility shirt will be provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billings, MT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
