Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend needs
Position Overview:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing all day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality organic food ingredients, and contributing to the development and execution of strategic vision and growth. The ideal candidate will be both operationally minded and mission-driven, with a strong passion for the interconnection between soil, plant, animal, human, and planetary health.
The COO will partner closely with the CEO/founding visionary leader to help chart the organization's future direction, while nurturing a workplace culture that promotes excellence, sustainability, and employee well-being.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
