Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This travel nursing role focuses on ICU care, allowing you to work within advanced critical care settings, including opportunities to interact with both CVICU and Neuro ICU cases. You'll strengthen your professional nursing skills by adapting to various ICU environments, working with diverse clinical teams, and broadening your resume with exposure to multiple specialties such as Burn ICU and Med/Surg/IMC units. Floating to different sites within a 40-mile radius also expands your adaptability and workplace flexibility—skills highly valued in today’s healthcare market.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Every other weekend (EOW)
  • Every other holiday (EOH)

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license with experience in ICU required
  • Previous exposure to CVICU and Neuro ICU preferred, but not mandatory
  • Willingness to float to Neuro ICU, Burn ICU, Med/Surg, or IMC units as needed
  • Ability to work onsite or travel to facilities within a 40-mile radius
  • Strong adaptability and sound clinical judgment

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care in ICU settings, ensuring safety and best-practice protocols
  • Float between designated units as assigned, maintaining a high standard of nursing care across specialties
  • Demonstrate professional communication with interdisciplinary teams
  • Respond effectively during emergency and complex care situations
