Join Our Team as a Machine Operator in Maple Grove, MN!
Are you a mechanically inclined individual with a passion for manufacturing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your skills are valued? If so, we want you to join our team as a Machine Operator!
Available Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday - $19/hour
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday - $20/hour
- NOTE: will train on 1st shift for the first few weeks
What You'll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in our production process. You'll operate and maintain machinery, ensuring we produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating automatic and semi-automatic equipment.
- Setting up tooling and performing basic equipment repairs.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following all safety procedures.
What You'll Need:
- 1-2+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production standards.
- Ability learn and cross-train on a variety of machines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
