Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide full-time virtual services to students in Delaware. The position includes delivering therapy, conducting evaluations, participating in meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation, all while supporting students speech and language development.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct virtual therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs

Conduct speech and language evaluations and write reports

Develop and update IEPs based on evaluation results and student progress

Attend team meetings and IEP meetings as required

Collect and monitor student progress data regularly

Maintain timely therapy notes and documentation using Data Service Center / PowerSchool IEP
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Delaware SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred but not required)

Experience providing school-based speech-language services

Knowledge of IEP processes, evaluations, and progress monitoring

Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
