We are in search of a dedicated and compassionate physician who prioritizes patient care, delivers outstanding experiences, and remains at the cutting edge of innovations in women's health. This role is available at both our Silver Spring, MD, and Alexandria, VA, locations.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of surgical procedures, both minor and major.

Prevent, diagnose, and treat a wide range of OB/GYN conditions.

Provide leadership and oversight to medical staff, including nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants, ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols.

Support the enhancement of technology to improve quality and patient experience while maintaining clinical standards.

Conduct patient examinations, gather medical histories, and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.

Actively engage in internal quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to implement proactive enhancements.

The Maternal-Fetal Medicine role is primarily outpatient, with some inpatient consultations.

Work Monday through Friday in 8-hour shifts, supported by a highly skilled clinical team.

Manage high-volume ultrasound services, including interpreting fetal echocardiograms, first-trimester screenings, fetal anatomical surveys, and performing amniocentesis (CVS experience is valued but not mandatory).

Interpret antenatal assessments, including NST and biophysical profiles.
Qualifications:

Board certified in General Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Board Certified or Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

Previous experience in a Maternal-Fetal Medicine role is preferred.

An active Medical License in Maryland, Virginia, or DC is strongly preferred.

Annual compensation ranges based on experience: $325,000 - $475,000.
