Looking for a Pipelayer/General Laborer for utilities which includes the experience to do the following:
- Install mainline (And services) sanitary, watermain, and storm sewer properly and up to code.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment when not in the ditch (Skid steer, occasionally dozer and excavator when help is needed)
- Ability to read Sitework/Utility plans.
- Communicate with the operator and crew on what needs to be done according to what you need.
We work in the general metro area depending on the project, we also offer paid hotel and per diem if more than 1 hour 30 minutes from residence. Looking for someone with at MINIMUM 2 years of experience in the industry. We will NOT hire someone new to this trade. We have little to no turnover at Kurilla Contracting and we plan to keep it that way. Plenty of opportunity to run big equipment when we are on basically any job in down time to help out as well. We work 40-60 hours 8 months of the year on average. We are a small company growing quickly and need 1-2 employees who are capable of being in a more leadership role who know what they're doing. Bonuses are also included according to productivity up to $7,500/year. Pay is weekly.
