Pay Rate: $19.00/hr. on W2

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Skills Required


Primary (Must-Have):

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or data entry roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactional processing
  • Experience entering and validating large volumes of data
  • Ability to process sales orders, purchase orders, and related transactions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow established procedures and structured workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks with consistency
  • Experience collaborating with operations, customer service, and supply chain teams


Secondary (Good to Have):

  • Experience with SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience working in a distribution center or supply chain environment
  • Knowledge of order processing and inventory transactions
  • Familiarity with cross-functional business operations
  • Experience monitoring transaction queues and resolving discrepancies


Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and transactional support during the transition from ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA. This role is responsible for processing high-volume transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring continuity of operations across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process and enter transactions within ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA systems
  • Create and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and related transactions
  • Support cross-system transaction flow between facilities operating in different SAP environments
  • Validate transaction accuracy and ensure timely completion of activities
  • Monitor transaction queues and follow up on incomplete or failed transactions
  • Communicate with operations, customer service, and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized records of processed transactions and related issues
  • Escalate system and process issues as necessary
  • Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Enter customer and account data using alphabetic and numeric information according to established formats
  • Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information as required
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following program techniques and procedures
  • Support continuity of operations during system migration activities
  • Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or data entry functions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience working within distribution center, logistics, or supply chain environments
  • Knowledge of order management and inventory processes
  • Experience handling high-volume transactional workloads
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
