Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide Occupational Therapy services to students across grades K-12 in a school setting located in Boonville, IN. This contract opportunity spans from January 2026 through June 2026, offering a consistent schedule of 30 to 37.5 hours per week, five days a week, supporting students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions tailored to students developmental and educational needs within grades K-12.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with educational and healthcare regulations.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to promote student participation and success in school activities.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) planning.
Qualifications:
- Active State Occupational Therapy License is required.
- Experience working with school-aged children across multiple grade levels (K-12) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a school environment.
- Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and regulatory requirements.
