Zing Recruiting is partnering with a leading organization seeking a Lab Operations Supervisor to keep research labs running safely, efficiently, and fully compliant.
This is not a bench role. This is the person everyone relies on when things need to work, stay compliant, and not fall apart under pressure.

? What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily lab operations including access, supplies, maintenance, and equipment coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and documentation practices
- Manage lab documentation including logs, temperature monitoring, and equipment records
- Coordinate calibration, repair, and installation of lab equipment with internal teams and vendors
- Enforce lab safety procedures and take action when standards are not met
- Serve as a go-to expert for lab processes, equipment, and media preparation
- Support cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and keep projects moving
- Assist with lab infrastructure planning and layout improvements
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics for lab materials
? What You Bring
- Experience as a Lab Supervisor, Lab Manager, or Lab Operations professional
- Strong background in lab compliance, documentation, and safety practices
- Experience coordinating equipment, calibration, or facilities activities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced lab environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience is required
? Nice to Have
- Experience with lab infrastructure or layout design
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, including international shipments
- Experience in regulated environments such as pharma, biotech, or CRO
