Location: Dough Square, 2929 Hannah Blvd Suite 2, East Lansing, MI 48823
Schedule: Flexible shifts, typically between Wednesday – Sunday, 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Pay: $14/hour + Shared Tips
Responsibilities

Greet customers, take orders, and process payments using POS.

Pack and label food neatly for dine-in or takeout.

Prepare vegetables and ingredients for dumpling fillings.

Assist with dumpling wrapping, steaming, boiling, or pan-frying as needed.

Keep dining tables, kitchen, and restroom areas clean and organized.

Restock napkins, utensils, and to-go supplies.

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Work efficiently as part of a small, supportive team.
Requirements

Friendly, reliable, and outgoing — someone who smiles easily and enjoys working with people.

At least 6 months of restaurant or kitchen experience preferred (training provided).

Able to stand and work with hands for several hours.

ServSafe Certificate preferred but not required.

Flexible availability; schedule can be adjusted based on business needs.
