As the Social Media Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of compelling marketing strategies, across all mediums, that align with Ally Medical ER’s mission and values. You will be the voice of our brand across all social platforms and the liaison between Ally Medical and the media, influencers, and community partners. You will drive engagement, brand visibility, and community trust through strategic storytelling, creative content, and data-driven campaigns.

Duties Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Strategy

  • Manage and create engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and nine Facebook accounts (one per facility + main brand).
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute viral campaigns (including content ideation, production, and editing) to increase brand visibility.
  • Schedule content and manage posting via Sprout Social, using a detailed content calendar.
  • Track campaign performance and provide detailed monthly reporting, identifying insights and opportunities to grow audience and engagement.
  • Create and manage Meta ad campaigns, optimizing for accurate targeting, strong engagement, and ROI.
  • Provide original and engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
  • Respond to social media comments and community queries in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with community stakeholders, potential customers, industry professionals and business who support Ally Medical’s mission on social platforms.


Community Engagement & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with local organizations to create co-branded content and community-focused campaigns.
  • Assisting Brand Ambassadors in managing and increasing contacts for giveaways during time-sensitive events.

Content Development

  • Produce SEO-friendly blog content highlighting health topics, community stories, and upcoming events.
  • Regularly update the website with news stories and blog posts.
  • Facilitate and execute photo and video shoots to develop original content for campaigns and digital storytelling.
  • Write and design monthly external email newsletters to keep the community informed about Ally Medical ER's latest initiatives, events, and health tips.
  • Oversee all content creation with news channels and other platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and proper brand representation.
  • Manage all aspects of email marketing

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Expert level with all major social media platforms.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of support programs to help you effectively perform such as Slack, Zoho CRM, Sprout Social, and Podium.
  • Have a natural problem solver and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends and program needs.
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building and managing an online forum creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics and modify based on results.


Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Degree in Communications or Marketing adjacent field.
  • Experience working in an office, and good understanding of Microsoft Suite
  • Proven work experience as a community manager (3+ years)
  • Proven track record of successful campaign development in social media, PR, or digital marketing (healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Experience managing multi-platform social media strategies and creating viral content.
  • Strong writing skills for press releases, email marketing, blogs, and captions.
  • Proficiency in tools like Sprout Social, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with media relations and brand partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel locally to Ally Medical ER locations and community events.
  • Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media Practices is required.


Additional Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

You will play an active role in protecting the company's sensitive data and ensuring that our patient's information is treated with the utmost care and confidence. You are responsible for reporting any concerns or infractions that you become aware of so that the company may appropriately address them.
  • You are responsible for protecting the credentials provided to you to access Company (and customer, where applicable) networks, systems and data.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Ally and customer data to which you are granted access. Any suspected compromises of Ally proprietary data or customer data must be reported to Management immediately.
  • You will adhere to the Company’s Information Security Policy and Procedures and support standard operating procedures to protect Company systems and data.
  • You will alert management immediately with any expected system or data compromises and/or system failure impacting the security, confidentiality, availability, and integrity of company and customer data.
  • You will be required to attend an annual Information Security Awareness Training.
