Position Overview:
Framingham Dermatology is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our thriving, patient-focused practice. This full-time clinical role offers a rare opportunity to work in a supportive, well-established environment with flexibility and autonomy. For candidates interested in advancing their career, a leadership track is available, including the option to serve as Medical Director with additional compensation.

Position Highlights:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions involving skin, hair, and nails

• Perform in-office procedures, including medical and minor surgical dermatology

• See approximately 4 patients per hourwith scheduling flexibility for complex cases

• Collaborate with experienced NPs and PAs

• Benefit from a built-in referral network from affiliated primary care providers

• Option to assume a clinical leadership role, including oversight of mid-level providers, if desired

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Dermatology

• Active Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Strong clinical and procedural dermatology skills

• Interest in mentorship and optional clinical leadership

• Familiarity with Modernizing Medicine EMR is a plus
