Job Title: Packaging Associate I
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Location: East Providence, RI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (7:00am–3:30pm)
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

About the Role

We’re looking for a Packaging Associate to join our team in East Providence, RI. In this role, you’ll be inspecting, assembling, and packaging consumable products while keeping quality, safety, and reliability top of mind. This is a great opportunity to grow within a stable company that provides full training and all necessary PPE.

What You’ll Do

Package materials according to instructions using scales, labeling machines, taping machines, and auto-bagging equipment.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
Keep work areas clean and safe while following PPE requirements.
Move packaged products into the warehouse.
Help maintain packaging equipment and cross-train in other areas as needed.
Work as part of a team, sharing ideas and supporting continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Reliability and attendance are a must.
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Manufacturing experience is a plus but not necessary – we’ll train you.
Comfortable using basic computer programs and equipment.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for most of your shift.
Detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
Must wear closed-toe shoes; PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hairnet, and lab coat) is provided.

30-minute unpaid lunch.
