What You'll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent service, food quality, and hospitality standards.
- Monitor labor, food, beverage, and operating costs while maximizing profitability.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
- Support inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Partner with the management team to achieve sales goals, improve performance metrics, and build long-term success.
- Lead by example during high-volume service periods while motivating the team to exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor management, food cost, and P&L performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
