Job Description
JOB SUMMARYPrint Production Specialist is responsible for operating digital and color printing equipment, ensuring timely and accurate production of customer jobs. Acts as the primary point of contact for job intake, logging, and quality control while maintaining operational efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate digital and color equipment, including high-volume printers and copiers.
  • Serve as the point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs.
  • Perform quality inspections before, during, and after each production run.
  • Problem-solve issues to meet production, delivery, and output requirements.
  • Conduct operator-level maintenance on equipment.
  • Maintain reporting logs and billing information.
  • Track and store jobs for future reuse, including file backup.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Required Qualifications

  • Functional knowledge of PC operations (keyboard, mouse, etc.).
  • Ability to send/receive emails, open/save documents, and perform data entry.
  • Proficiency in using web browsers and sending documents to preconfigured printers.
  • Basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages).
  • Demonstrated business maturity and professionalism.
