Haus of Plaster and Paints is a new specialty store bringing together the finest brands in Venetian plaster, decorative finishes, and high-end paints and stains. We're passionate about design, craftsmanship, and quality—and we’re looking for a reliable, driven Operations Manager to help us build and run a seamless, customer-focused operation.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day store operations (inventory, fulfillment, supplier coordination)

Manage online orders and ensure timely shipping and customer satisfaction

Develop systems for stock management, reordering, and vendor relations

Assist with showroom setup, customer service, and product education

Help create efficient workflows as the business grows

Support marketing efforts through coordination of product launches and promotions
You Might Be a Fit If You:

Have 3+ years in retail operations, logistics, or a similar management role

Are highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Are comfortable working independently in a startup environment

Have experience with inventory systems, shipping logistics, and vendor communication

Bonus: Background or interest in decorative finishes, design, or specialty coatings
