Position Overview:

Required Certifications and Licenses:
- Current NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Graduation from an accredited NLN School of Nursing
Scheduling Requirements:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Every other weekend is mandatory. Weekday schedules will vary based on departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:
The Professional Registered Nurse is tasked with delivering high-quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical team, adhering to the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act. This role involves executing the hospital's mission and objectives through established policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives. The nurse will provide individualized, age-appropriate nursing care to patients within their assigned unit, utilizing principles of growth and development to assess and address each patient's specific needs.
