Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: Vancouver, Washington – Hybrid
Hours: Temp to Hire
Compensation: $30-35 per hour
Exciting opportunity with a manufacturing company that is looking for a Payroll specialist on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will need to have 3+ years of experience working in ADP software and payroll knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities:

Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve payroll discrepancies

Calculate wages, salaries, and bonuses for employees

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

Maintain accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, time off, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:

3+ years of Payroll experience

Strong knowledge in ADP software

Strong communication
-
Ability to multitask
