Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Vancouver, Washington – Hybrid

Hours: Temp to Hire

Compensation: $30-35 per hour

Exciting opportunity with a manufacturing company that is looking for a Payroll specialist on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will need to have 3+ years of experience working in ADP software and payroll knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities:

  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve payroll discrepancies

  • Calculate wages, salaries, and bonuses for employees

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

  • Maintain accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, time off, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Payroll experience

  • Strong knowledge in ADP software

  • Strong communication

  • Ability to multitask



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per day
