Job DescriptionDredge Operator $1,400 Weekly +$1,500 in per diem Monthly Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Key Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must have hands-on experience operating hydraulic dredges in a marine or dredging environment</li>
<li>Must be able to control dredging operations using levers, pedals, and control systems for precise excavation and positioning</li>
<li>Must have a strong understanding of hydraulic systems, pump operations, and dredge mechanics</li>
<li>Must have experience monitoring gauges, flow rates, and pressure systems to ensure efficient material removal and pipeline flow</li>
<li>Must be able to identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and communicate larger issues to maintenance teams</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of dredging production processes, including material excavation, slurry transport, and disposal</li>
<li>Must be able to read and interpret basic operational data, site plans, or dredging targets (depth, alignment, etc.)</li>
<li>Must have a Valid Driver’s License </li>
</ul>
 Shifts:

<li>3 weeks on, 1 week off</li>
