Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway for hire)
Schedule: 8:30am–5:00pm

What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens safely and accurately from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Perform specimen processing and preparation following established clinical and forensic procedures
- Verify patient demographic information and obtain patient signatures to confirm specimen labeling accuracy
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Deliver excellent customer service by explaining procedures and helping patients feel at ease
- Support multiple locations and adapt to changing schedules and business needs
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Strong phlebotomy and specimen handling skills in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in a Patient Service Center preferred
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between locations
- Flexibility for weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call needs
- Keyboarding/data entry proficiency
- Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
