Job Description

The Ticket Cashier will assist guests with ticket purchases, answer questions, and help create a welcoming experience.

Candidates should:

Have a flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays as needed.
Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be comfortable handling customer concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Maintain a warm, friendly, and positive attitude when interacting with guests.

The Party Host is responsible for creating a fun, organized, and welcoming experience for guests attending parties and special events.

Candidates should:

Warmly welcome and assist party guests upon arrival.
Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the event.
Anticipate guests' needs and respond to requests promptly.
Assist with serving guests and coordinating party activities.
Manage time effectively to keep parties and activities on schedule.
Handle guest concerns and unexpected situations with professionalism and good judgment.
Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude.
Help ensure the party area remains clean, organized, and ready for guests.

Applicants should be comfortable communicating with guests of all ages and working in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Previous customer service, cashier, hospitality, or event-hosting experience is preferred but not required.

Training may be provided to the right candidate. Be dependable, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
