Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Deliver direct nursing care following established healthcare policies, procedures, and protocols in a fast-paced environment. This role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently while ensuring optimal patient outcomes. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, observe and communicate patient status effectively, and act as the primary coordinator among multidisciplinary teams for seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in alignment with physician and nursing orders.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions accurately and timely.
- Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare team members for well-synchronized patient care.
- Assess and plan for patients discharge needs in conjunction with the care team.
- Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations requiring critical thinking.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Proven ability to handle complex patient care scenarios with minimal supervision.
- Strong critical thinking skills and sound clinical judgment.
- Experience in discharge planning and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a dynamic healthcare setting.
