Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and in full compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Provide personalized patient counseling and clinical support to optimize therapeutic outcomes
- Perform point-of-care testing and test-to-treat services according to state protocols
- Collaborate closely with prescribers and other healthcare partners to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to all regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Active Kentucky pharmacist license required
- Experience in retail, clinical, or compounding pharmacy preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail with a genuine patient-care mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Enthusiasm for developing within a progressive pharmacy model focused on personalized service
