Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense medications accurately and in full compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Provide personalized patient counseling and clinical support to optimize therapeutic outcomes
  • Perform point-of-care testing and test-to-treat services according to state protocols
  • Collaborate closely with prescribers and other healthcare partners to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to all regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Active Kentucky pharmacist license required
  • Experience in retail, clinical, or compounding pharmacy preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail with a genuine patient-care mindset
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Enthusiasm for developing within a progressive pharmacy model focused on personalized service
