Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and co-manage a\n multidisciplinary team of medical professionals alongside a hospital\n manager, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

  • Develop and implement\n strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • \n

  • Oversee clinical\n operations to ensure optimal patient care, quality standards, and\n efficiency.
  • \n

  • Work closely with\n hospital manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • \n

  • Implement\n and optimize processes to increase productivity and streamline\n workflow.
  • \n

  • Ensure compliance with\n all regulatory requirements, medical standards, and practice policies.
  • \n

  • Monitor key performance\n indicators and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and\n continuously improve practice performance.

Competitive annual base salary for fulltime: $120,000-$150,000 base plus production based on experience and bonus potential
