Pride Health is hiring an RN Home Health/ Hospice to support our clients in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Title -RN Home Health/ Hospice
Job Type: Contract
Location- Atlanta, GA
Shift: Monday–Friday,
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay -$50 to $54/ hr on W2
Mileage Reimbursement - Yes

- DeKalb
- Fulton Counties
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform home health skilled nursing (SN) visits
- Complete OASIS assessments accurately and timely
- Monitor patient conditions and provide appropriate care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Maintain compliant and thorough documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – GA
- Strong home health nursing experience
- Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Prior home health experience
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
