Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation & Benefits
• ⭐ 33–35% of collections OR 6-month daily guarantee $750–$800 (bi-weekly pay cycle)
• Average earnings $200,000–$400,000/year
• High performers earn $400,000–$500,000/year

Job Description
• Perform a full scope of general dentistry including molar endodontics, crown & bridge, restorative, cosmetic dentistry, dentures, and extractions
• ️ Utilize advanced technology, including Overjet, to enhance diagnostics and treatment
• ️ Maintain productive schedules with strong patient flow
• ️⚕️ Exercise full clinical autonomy in treatment planning and delivery
• Provide high-quality care with a strong focus on patient comfort and satisfaction
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented clinical staff
Responsibilities
• ️ Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Develop, present, and document treatment plans
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate
✅ Qualifications
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New Jersey dental license (or in process)
• Proficiency in general dentistry procedures
• ️ Strong communication and patient-care skills
