About the Role:
We are looking for a responsive, detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Office Support Specialist to join our growing team. You'll be a key player in our day-to-day operations, helping to keep schedules on track, finances in order, and customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage invoicing, track accounts receivable/payable, and assist with deposits and deposit recording
- Confirm field staff timesheets, calendar, and GC sign-offs
- Support leadership team with administrative needs
- Maintain accurate job files and digital records
- Order and track office and job site supplies
- Help with basic marketing: emails and occasional mailers
- Prepare bank deposits and handle general office mail
Qualifications:
- Previous AR/AP or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Comfortable multitasking and working independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Self-motivated and proactive problem solver
