Job DescriptionWe are hiring for a Bookkeeper in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role will focus on processing payroll and accounts receivable. This role is open due to growth at a successful mid-sized organization. If you have at least three years experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll including taxes and other gross to net components
- Cash applications
- Invoicing customers
- Payroll reporting and assisting with sales & use tax
Requirements:
- Three or more years of accounting experience
- Associate's Degree in Accounting desired
- Comfortable working in accounting softwares like MS Dynamics or Sage
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize work day
