Position Summary

We are looking for a female care provider to work with an individual in NE Rockford, MI. As a Direct Care Provider, you’ll play a vital role in supporting a 27-year-old adult female with community engagement and in-home activities of daily living.

Your work will help her pursue her goals, overcome challenges, and live with dignity and independence. No prior experience is required—what matters most is your dedication, empathy, and willingness to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, home-based support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to help individuals achieve their personal goals.
• Collaborate with individuals and their families to ensure their needs and preferences are met.
