NEEDED: Medical Assistant
LOCATION: 9000 Blue Mound Rd., Dort Worth, TX 76131
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
OPERATIONAL HOURS: 24 hours a day, five (5) days a week (Mon-Fri), weekends on an as needed basis, weekend coverage may be required for day, evening, and midnight shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>US Citizen </li>
<li>1-2 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant </li>
</ul>
JOB DUTIES:
<ul>
<li>Schedule all appointments for medical surveillance and pre/post-employment physicals. </li>
<li>Shall maintain all files, order supplies and finalize all reports received from the Lead Nurse. </li>
<li>Work with web-based computer systems, medical software, Occupational Health and Safety software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite software. </li>
<li>Prepare medical records for archiving after employee has left the agency. </li>
<li>Organize all health and wellness events. </li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li>
<li>Shall wear professional medical entire at all times while within the facility. </li>
