Fiberglassing Technician Job Responsibilities include the following but is not limited to:
- Identifying cracks and cosmetic flaws.
- Prep fiberglass, resins, and damaged areas for repair.
- Shape and smooth edges to match contour perfectly.
- Mix gel coat catalyst and spray or brush repaired surfaces.
- Buff and polish repaired areas.
We are currently seeking employees with the following qualifications:
- Ability to operate small to large equipment.
- Knowledge of marine products, resins, and associated hardware preferred.
- Mechanical background preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork, Integrity, and Passion as we are continuously moving forward, innovating, and improving in the trade.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Detail oriented and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to work 40-hour work weeks.
