Job Details
• Position Summary: The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the health care team, plans and implements patient and family education and is responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriate intervention for patients.
• Essential Job Functions include collecting comprehensive data, analyzing assessment data, developing individualized plans of care, implementing care plans, and promoting health and safety.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from accredited School of Nursing, Associates degree, or Diploma
• Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
• 18 months of Registered Nurse experience
• Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
• Preferred: 1 year circulating experience
• Preferred: 1 year scrub experience

Unit Specific Information
• Stroke Competency: Complies with hospital policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines related to care for patients with hyperacute and acute stroke.
• Participates in two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education within one year of hire.
• Participates in one hour annually of cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education.

Additional Details
• Candidates must live at least 90 miles from facility to be considered for assignment.
• Facility reserves the right to cancel three (3) shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or other unforeseen circumstances.
