Job Description:

Key technical resource ensuring our commercial clients' critical systems operate at peak efficiency. Responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality service and professional representation in the field.

Field work will include, but not be limited to:

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a broad spectrum of commercial HVAC equipment
• Working proficiently on:
  • Rooftop Units (RTUs)
  • Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS)
  • Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Systems
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • Split Systems
  • Chillers
  • Cooling Towers
  • Heat Pumps
• Collaborating with the fellow technicians and Director of Service on complex diagnostic situations
• Executing comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan and prevent costly downtime
• Serving as a professional representative, clearly communicating technical findings and proposed resolutions to clients

Qualifications:

• Experience: verifiable experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician
• Certification: Current EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is required
• Technical Acumen: Proven expertise in electrical, refrigeration, pneumatics, and hydronics systems common in commercial settings
• Logistics: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
