Job DescriptionJob Title: Staff AccountantLocation: Oregon City, ORJob Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Fully OnsiteCompensation: $52,000-$60,000 a yearThe Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and assisting with financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing processes.Responsibilities:• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records• Reconcile bank and credit card statements• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions• Assist with month-end closing processes• Prepare financial statements and journal entries• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances• Ensure compliance with accounting regulationsRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required• 0-2+ years of accounts payable experience• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Benefits vary depending on employer.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
