Job Description:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for delivering actionable financial insights through the analysis of revenue, sales trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). The role will support budgeting and forecasting activities and contribute to reporting that enables data-informed decision-making across operational, financial, and commercial areas. The analyst will also help build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools, with a particular focus on leveraging Power BI for data visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards and executive-level reports using Power BI
• Provide financial modeling and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection, reporting, and visualization
• Partner with finance, commercial, and operations teams to develop reporting solutions that align with business needs
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews, including variance analysis
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed by leadership
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a financial analysis or business intelligence role
• Proven track record in revenue analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Power BI (required) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with financial systems, ERP platforms, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to turn data into insights
• Experience developing financial models and dashboards for executive review
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
