Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager at B12 LOVE, located in Montclair Village (Oakland, CA). The Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure exceptional client service, manage budgeting processes, train and mentor staff, and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to maintain compliance and quality care. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage staff and resources effectively in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Proven Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive client experience and collaborative team environment
- Experience with Budgeting and resource management to maintain efficient and cost-effective clinic operations
- Strong leadership and Training abilities to mentor and support team members effectively
- Knowledge of Functional Medicine, Aesthetics or clinical practices would be a strong advantage
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, growth mode environment would be a strong advantage
- Proficiency with clinic management software or related technology is beneficial
- Must be willing to work Tuesday-Saturday (9am-6pm schedule)

- Hourly position: $40-$48 per hour (Based on Experience)
