Job DescriptionA fast-growing home improvement company is looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join its expanding in-home sales team.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners through pre-set, company-provided appointments to present customized home remodeling solutions, build rapport, and close high-ticket sales. No cold calling or prospecting required.

What You’ll Do

  • Run 8–12 pre-set, qualified appointments per week.
  • Conduct professional in-home consultations using a proven sales system.
  • Present customized remodeling solutions and guide homeowners through their options.
  • Partner with your Sales Manager through ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.

What It Takes to Succeed

  • Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays
  • Ability to drive daily within assigned territory
  • Strong communication, closing, and objection-handling skills
  • Coachable, motivated, and resilient mindset
  • Confidence using iPad-based sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screening
