CAD Drafter (AutoCAD) – Residential & Commercial
JJS Services Inc.
JJS Services Inc. is growing and seeking an experienced CAD Drafter with knowledge of Florida Building Code. Projects primarily include residential remodels and additions, restaurant build-outs, and after-the-fact plans for code violations.
What You’ll Do
- Create 2D/3D construction drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Work with engineers, architects, and designers to develop accurate plans
- Revise drawings and respond to city/county plan review comments
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Collaborate with the team through a project management platform to track project progress
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Familiarity with Florida Building Code and permitting processes
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented work style
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Education:
Minimum Associate’s degree in CAD Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field.
