About Your Role

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced CRM Team Lead. You will own the development, execution, and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform, leading a team of specialists and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role involves overseeing HubSpot setup, customization, data management, and user support, while also driving process improvements and best practices. This role blends technical expertise with leadership chops to ensure HubSpot is a powerhouse for our business operations. You’ll collaborate with sales and marketing as well as alignment to process optimization and data integrity. This role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who is data-driven, creative, and passionate about driving measurable impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the Hubspot platform setup, configuration, user roles, and overall maintenance, ensuring seamless workflows and top-tier system performance.

  • Identify inefficiencies and enhance marketing/sales processes using HubSpot.

  • Work cross-functionally to align teams and streamline operations.

  • Maintain high data quality through cleansing, enrichment, and governance; Ensuring consistency across contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects.

  • Build dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.

  • Track KPIs and inform leadership decisions with data-driven recommendations.

  • Educate users on HubSpot functionality and best practices.

  • Drive platform adoption and empower teams through hands-on support.

  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and other internal platforms.

  • Troubleshoot issues and improve system interoperability while incorporating new features to maximize platform potential.

  • Stay current on HubSpot releases and innovation.

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to understand business needs, aligning HubSpot capabilities with strategic goals and organizational objectives

  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team while promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.


What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

  • Proven expertise in HubSpot (Sales & Marketing Hubs a must; CMS/Service Hub a bonus)

  • Experience leading CRM/admin teams with a focus on performance and development

  • Strong communicator with stakeholder savvy and training ability

  • Sharp analytical mind and confident decision-making

  • High emotional intelligence and troubleshooting grit

  • Project management skills to juggle timelines and task priorities

  • Adaptable to evolving technologies, tools, and team dynamics

  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional rapport
