Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time school psychologist position is available in Payson, UT, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract role extends through the end of the school year with a strong possibility of renewal. The position involves working 30+ hours per week, five days a week, within an elementary and secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-12
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and support services to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations and school policies
Qualifications:
- Active State School Psychologist License
- Expertise working with students across K-12 grade levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in conducting assessments and developing intervention strategies
