Job DescriptionLHH has partnered up with an incredible and prestigious real estate organization in Washington, DC to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist! This position will be instrumental in maintaining full cycle accounts payable operations, vendor communication and payments, and ensuring accuracy across the department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Match, batch, and code invoices and review for accuracy.
- Obtain invoice approvals and prepare for payment.
- Serve as the final approver on select invoices and obtain approvals for payment.
- Generate payments to vendors and provide necessary documentation with invoices and checks.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies on invoices.
- Verify correct general ledger account codes.
- Generate and analyze aging reports.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Real estate industry experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour
