About the Role
The role of Intern/Assistant, Home Orientations will provide support and assistance to the Home Orientation team who focuses on introducing buyers to their new home in luxury high-rise condos and high-end townhomes. This team oversees the entire lifecycle of the home orientation process - from communication and scheduling home orientations, conducting in-person home orientations with new buyers, managing “punch lists” of corrective items needing repair in the home, working closely with construction vendors to administer repairs, direct communication with development clients, and sales teams, and final key handover to new homeowners.
The role of Intern/Assistant, Home Orientations will be exposed to all aspects of our orientation process. This includes a heavy administrative component which entails assisting with communication tracking and reporting, email inbox management assistance, calendar scheduling in multiple inbox calendars, and documentation management. This role also includes a high customer service and care component as you’ll be assisting directly with the orientation process itself with new home buyers, managing construction punch items with vendors, and documenting all work appropriately.
This position requires a passion for customer service and a love of communicating and working with people. It also requires a strong organizational and analytical mindset to successfully assist with the administrative tasks at hand.
The position of Intern/Assistant, Home Orientations will take place at project-specific locations in the downtown Seattle and Bellevue area. Reliable transportation is needed as several locations may need to be visited on the same day. The position offers an outstanding teamwork culture, career-pathing and mentorship, as well as opportunity for advancement. Arrive, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employers (EOE).
