Landscape Construction Estimator - Landscaping - Base Salary to 85k/year - Aurora, CO

• AllSearch Recruiting has a client looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team. The Landscape Construction Estimator will play a key part in identifying bid opportunities, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting all aspects of the bidding and preconstruction process. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset that supports both project efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new bid opportunities for landscape construction projects.
  
• Collaborate with the estimating team to manage bid schedules and ensure timely delivery of all estimates.
  
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and scope documents to prepare complete and accurate cost estimates.
  
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop comprehensive cost breakdowns using WinEst software.
  
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive and compliant pricing.
  
• Analyze plans and specifications to identify cost-saving alternatives or more efficient construction methods that still meet design intent and performance standards.
  
• Support and review change orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and clients during the bidding phase to clarify details and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Prepare and submit all required documentation and pricing data to owners and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in landscape construction estimating or related construction estimating roles.
  
• Proficiency with WinEst or other construction estimating software.
  
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  
• Ability to identify value-engineering opportunities and improve project cost efficiency.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 70k - 85k/year range plus full benefits and annual bonus
